After cleaning an area rug myself with my own Bissell steam cleaner I realized I had only made it worse. Time to call in the professionals. Very easy to schedule and coordinate arrival. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Looks great again!

  After emailing this company, I received and quick reply, a quote and flexible hours to choose from. George, the technician came out and texted me a couple of times to tell me his ETA. When he arrived, he show me what was needed and what he was going to do. George did a great job and used a portable steamer, which was a little cumbersome bringing it up the stairs and left my carpet more damp than a truck mounted machine, so it took longer to dry. The portable steamer tripped one of our circuit breakers, but that was an easy fix. He maneuvered around my wife's fragile objects like a pro. When dry, it was fresh and clean.

  Very unprofessional company!!! Had an appointment and waited for 4 hours on Saturday and they never showed up or even called me! Spoke to owner last night and and rescheduled with him for today. Promised the same window and flaked again and did not bother to call me this time either. I just called him and got another BS excuse. Unbelievable!
I am not sure how they manage to stay in business given how they conduct themselves..

  George did a good job! They were late, but they communicated it to us. Fast and efficient.

  Usa carpet cleaning removed two tough stains that I had really given up on. I'm impressed with the results, timeliness of my appointment and communication through out the process. Great experience, I absolutely recommend!

  Pros: I called on a Saturday morning, they came Monday afternoon. The carpet in my 2-room apartment and my sofa are clean, for which I'm grateful.

Cons: First, they upsold "deep clean" for $39/room. "Steam clean is included in the price we quoted, but if you don't deep clean, it might not get the stains in higher-traffic areas out." If I'm calling to get my carpets cleaned, it's because I want them clean. You need to give me the full, out-the-door price to get my carpets cleaned when I call on the phone. Something like - "Can you send us a picture?" Or, "The price quoted is for lightly soiled carpets. If you have higher traffic areas or stains, it'll cost more."

Second, they didn't even move furniture even though we talked about it. "I've moved all the small stuff, is there anything else that I should move." "No, it's good." When I came back, the technician hadn't cleaned under most of my furniture. If I'm spending $300+ to clean my little apartment's carpet, I want it to be clean. I would have expected being told up front - "We don't have move furniture. I need you to move it." Fine. I would have stayed and moved it for the technician while he was cleaning. It's all light weight - I was able to move everything for him to do the touch-job in less than 10 minutes.

  I had requested several quotes via Yelp. They were the first to get back and had the lowest price. Good communication. Their employee Martin was friendly and efficient. I wasn't expecting miracles as it was cheap carpeting that hadn't been professionally cleaned after 4 + years. Was pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use them again Before and after pic

  George was communicative, on time, well-focused, friendly, and efficient. My old carpet looks so much better now that he has done a good job cleaning it.

Great cleaning from Peter, who quickly cleaned 4 bedrooms in about an hour. He was friendly and explained how his equipment worked.

Also, this service was able to accommodate a next-day appointment when a previous carpet cleaning appointment ran into scheduling issues.
