Fantastic service. I had a 3000 sq ft job that the crew was able to knock out in a timely manner. Their pricing was very fair and they conducted themselves professionally. I highly recommend USA carpet cleaning, I will be utilizing their services in the future.

  Very unprofessional company!!! Had an appointment and waited for 4 hours on Saturday and they never showed up or even called me! Spoke to owner last night and and rescheduled with him for today. Promised the same window and flaked again and did not bother to call me this time either. I just called him and got another BS excuse. Unbelievable!
I am not sure how they manage to stay in business given how they conduct themselves..

  George has given me very reasonable price from the beginning and analyzed the conditions of our carpet to give me a reduced price. He's very detailed and try to reach places that are hard to clean due to the location of the furnitures.

  I recently had them help with my carpet cleaning! The technicians, Martin, was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. The cleaning results were amazing! It looks fresh and clean again and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for house/carpet cleaning.

  Usa carpet cleaning removed two tough stains that I had really given up on. I'm impressed with the results, timeliness of my appointment and communication through out the process. Great experience, I absolutely recommend!

  Pros: I called on a Saturday morning, they came Monday afternoon. The carpet in my 2-room apartment and my sofa are clean, for which I'm grateful.

Cons: First, they upsold "deep clean" for $39/room. "Steam clean is included in the price we quoted, but if you don't deep clean, it might not get the stains in higher-traffic areas out." If I'm calling to get my carpets cleaned, it's because I want them clean. You need to give me the full, out-the-door price to get my carpets cleaned when I call on the phone. Something like - "Can you send us a picture?" Or, "The price quoted is for lightly soiled carpets. If you have higher traffic areas or stains, it'll cost more."

Second, they didn't even move furniture even though we talked about it. "I've moved all the small stuff, is there anything else that I should move." "No, it's good." When I came back, the technician hadn't cleaned under most of my furniture. If I'm spending $300+ to clean my little apartment's carpet, I want it to be clean. I would have expected being told up front - "We don't have move furniture. I need you to move it." Fine. I would have stayed and moved it for the technician while he was cleaning. It's all light weight - I was able to move everything for him to do the touch-job in less than 10 minutes.

  After cleaning an area rug myself with my own Bissell steam cleaner I realized I had only made it worse. Time to call in the professionals. Very easy to schedule and coordinate arrival. They worked quickly but thoroughly. Looks great again!

  Steam cleaned a sofa I got on Craigslist. Looks like new. George was very professional and did great work.

  George did a good job! They were late, but they communicated it to us. Fast and efficient.
